On May 20, 2020, our client, an Investment Consulting Company in Tianjin, China, applied for a debt arbitration award of approximately AUD 17.4 million AUD be enforced in Australia. The Federal Court of Australia supported all our client’s claims and ordered the costs of this matter against the other party.
